Issue: 7 I am getting an error when removing my card or my pictures are being corrupted when I remove the card on Windows ME or Windows 2000

Resolution: Windows ME and Windows 2000 use delayed writes so the OS may still be writing data to the card even after it appears to be completed

Solution:

Right click on the drive letter for the reader and choose "Eject".

This is good for all OS including XP. In a Mac drag the disk to the trash and empty the trash before removing.
